Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using ResellerHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ResellerHub is operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom by Toby Harris (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms apply to the marketing website at resellerhub.app, the application at go.resellerhub.app, and the optional ResellerHub Connector browser extension.
2. The service
ResellerHub is a software-as-a-service inventory management and cross-listing tool that helps you manage product listings across online marketplaces, currently including eBay and Vinted. We provide tools to create, edit, sync, and manage listings from a single dashboard.
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
3. Account responsibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any listings posted to marketplaces on your behalf via ResellerHub
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ResellerHub
- One person or business per account — accounts are not transferable
- You must notify us immediately at support@resellerhub.app of any suspected unauthorised access
4. Subscription, billing and refunds
- ResellerHub offers free and paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers (notice given by email or in-app)
- Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT where required
Consumer cooling-off period (UK / EU consumers only)
If you are a consumer (not acting in the course of business) in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase for a refund. By starting to use the service during this 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begins before the cooling-off period expires, and you may forfeit your right to a full refund where the service has been substantially provided.
To request a refund within the cooling-off period, contact support@resellerhub.app within 14 days of your first paid subscription.
Other refunds
Refunds outside the cooling-off period are at our discretion and considered case-by-case. Contact support@resellerhub.app to discuss.
5. Free trials
- If we offer a free trial, you may use the service free of charge during the trial period
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless you cancel
- One free trial per customer. We use anonymised card fingerprints (provided by Stripe) to prevent abuse across duplicate accounts
- We reserve the right to refuse or revoke free-trial access if we reasonably believe it is being abused
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- List items that are prohibited under the connected marketplace’s policies
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or any non-public area of the service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or stress-test the service
- Resell or redistribute access to ResellerHub without our prior written permission
- Violate the terms of service of connected marketplaces (eBay, Vinted, etc.)
- Use the service to spam, defraud, or impersonate others
- Interfere with the proper operation of the service, including by introducing malware
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. Your data and content
- You retain ownership of all content you upload (product data, photos, descriptions, prices)
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide the service. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account, except where retained processing is required by law
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, in particular product photographs
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings posted to marketplaces through ResellerHub

8. Third-party platforms
ResellerHub integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Vinted, Stripe, and Google. These platforms have their own terms of service and policies that you must comply with independently. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs that may affect functionality
- Account suspensions, restrictions, or fees imposed by eBay, Vinted, or other platforms
- Data handling by third-party platforms once data is sent to them at your request
- Downtime, errors, or policy changes on third-party platforms
9. Service availability and maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security issues. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, ResellerHub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers)
11. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 10, to the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100
- We are not responsible for errors in listings posted to third-party platforms through ResellerHub
- We are not responsible for sales tax, VAT, or other tax obligations arising from your sales — these are your responsibility
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or the content you upload or list on connected marketplaces.
13. Termination
- You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@resellerhub.app
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or for other valid reasons such as non-payment or extended inactivity, with reasonable notice where practicable
- On termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law (e.g. tax records)
- Sections on liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive, survive termination
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, third-party service failures (including Stripe, Cloudflare, IONOS, eBay, Vinted, or upstream DNS providers), government actions, or labour disputes.
15. Notices
We may send notices about your account or these Terms by email to the address you registered with, or by posting them within the application. You should send notices to us at support@resellerhub.app.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and ResellerHub concerning the service.
17. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ResellerHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence within the UK/EU.
